Armadillo Stone & Landscaping is the results of Gruene Gardens Nursery and Armadillo Stone Works merging.

After becoming a Master Gardener, Pat opened and operated Gruene Gardens Nursery and Gift shop in Gruene for 10 years. Native plants, heirloom plants and herbs were the main focus of the old time German nursery.

In 1998, Rod began a sideline business creating gardening products from natural stone. As a demand for a variety of stone creations grew, he abandoned the small garden products in place of residential and commercial stone signage. As the business grew to full time and requests for stone masonry came more often, patios, fire pits and planters were added to the mix.

Seizing the opportunity to merge our interests, Armadillo Stone & Landscape evolved. We are still located in New Braunfels Texas and with a combined 27 years of experience, Armadillo Stone & Landscaping is committed to creative and quality landscaping and custom natural stone projects.
